Who I am
Six years of paid media and growth, most of it at regional scale.
I am Gonzalo Escudero. I have spent six years in paid media and growth, on the numbers side: which channel brings profitable customers, what it costs to bring them, and what it takes to keep them.
Today I lead regional Disney+ digital strategy across the five core LatAm markets, coordinating Brand, Content, Analytics and agency teams. Before that I was a Growth Marketing Engineer at venture-backed US startups, and I led regional growth at PedidosYa, managing over $1.1M USD per month across fifteen markets.
Alongside that I work as a white-label partner to agencies and as a direct consultant to brands. I have a degree in Industrial Engineering from UTN.

Career
From agency to regional, in order.
I started at a small performance agency and ended up coordinating five markets for a global platform. Having sat on both sides of the table explains a good part of how I work.

Industrial Engineering, UTN
Universidad Tecnológica Nacional, Buenos Aires. GPA 8.3/10, final thesis 10/10. That is where the habit of not trusting a number without knowing how it was measured comes from.
Spanish and English, LatAm and the US
I work in both languages with teams in Argentina, Mexico and the United States. Regional coordination across markets with different cultures and budgets is a good part of what I do.

The version with numbers in it.
This is the bio. If what you want is the actual work — budgets, markets and verifiable outcomes — it is all on the Work page.
Any of this useful to you?
If you work at an agency, start with the first. If you run a brand, the second. The terms are different in each case.
